Registered office change recorded on 11 Aug 2026. If the address on your sponsor licence has changed, the change must be reported in the SMS (the Home Office sponsor system) within 20 working days. - 11 Aug 2026: New shares issued (allotment). Share capital filing recorded on 11 Aug 2026. No new majority owner was notified, so this is usually routine. If it did pass a controlling interest to someone new, the licence does not transfer automatically, and a new licence application may be needed within 20 working days. Companies House cannot show who holds the licence roles or whether a change was reported to the Home Office, so these are prompts to check against your own records, not findings. ## Sponsored jobs 2 live vacancies tracked for this employer (6 tracked all-time), harvested daily from Reed, Adzuna, Jooble and Careerjet and matched by employer name. - Remote Risk Analyst II · Remote · live · https://jooble.org/jdp/1924958459087805147 - Remote Senior Product Manager, AI Receptionist · Remote · live · https://jooble.org/jdp/2088191909440574728 - Sales Development Representative · Remote · expired · https://jooble.org/jdp/-8930270613613809858 - Sales Development Representative · Remote · expired · https://jooble.org/jdp/4879927880755551840 - Staff ML Engineer · Remote · expired · https://jooble.org/jdp/-5595448836178666325 - Senior Product Manager, Developer Ecosystem · Remote · expired · https://jooble.org/jdp/-8836021221240300900 All listings: https://uk-sponsors.getborderless.co.uk/jobs?sponsorId=775731&employer=DAPV%20Limited%20T%2FA%20Boulevard A vacancy listed here does not by itself mean the role is offered with sponsorship.
