Share capital filing recorded on 1 Oct 2025. No new majority owner was notified, so this is usually routine. If it did pass a controlling interest to someone new, the licence does not transfer automatically, and a new licence application may be needed within 20 working days. Companies House cannot show who holds the licence roles or whether a change was reported to the Home Office, so these are prompts to check against your own records, not findings. ## Sponsored jobs 24 live vacancies tracked for this employer (200 tracked all-time), harvested daily from Reed, Adzuna, Jooble and Careerjet and matched by employer name. - Delivery Driver · Leeds, West Yorkshire · £29,120–£39,520 · live · https://www.adzuna.co.uk/jobs/land/ad/5947481570?se=vhH80fjU8RGXAMDPFFMQcQ&utm_medium=api&utm_source=3195f9d3&v=F5A7F6496E1C6FACD9CA13928EA22DAE5296C49E - Delivery Driver · Seaham, County Durham · £29,120–£39,520 · live · https://www.adzuna.co.uk/jobs/land/ad/5944222585?se=5k2B9-nU8RGzkfY_QG7FnA&utm_medium=api&utm_source=3195f9d3&v=61C0DC2DC520682986EB3730B4EB3057242D68DE - Process Supervisor · Coventry, West Midlands · £34,207 · live · https://www.adzuna.co.uk/jobs/land/ad/5940192099?se=CBShRJrP8RG0GownEE_3tg&utm_medium=api&utm_source=3195f9d3&v=52D9068D7824CF4859D83675C3B849C911D21F7F - Delivery Driver (Nottingham) · Bulwell, Nottingham · £39,028 · live · https://www.adzuna.co.uk/jobs/land/ad/5939728104?se=-LNQD4HP8RGrV9qPojDs1w&utm_medium=api&utm_source=3195f9d3&v=218154BFF0B81F701E9BA149EBB7E81122B03F2C - Delivery Driver (Letchworth) · Willian, Letchworth Garden City · £35,534 · live · https://www.adzuna.co.uk/jobs/land/ad/5933974933?se=jBJExj_O8RGBmZXVTlFBRg&utm_medium=api&utm_source=3195f9d3&v=D0DBFEC1FC31C27C0013C5BAC798A9B62C9FAEE5 - Delivery Driver · Leicester, Leicestershire · £36,698 · live · https://www.adzuna.co.uk/jobs/details/5935857792?utm_medium=api&utm_source=3195f9d3 - Delivery Driver · Birmingham, West Midlands · £35,529 · live · https://www.adzuna.co.uk/jobs/details/5935858285?utm_medium=api&utm_source=3195f9d3 - Delivery Driver · Edinburgh, Scotland · £36,367 · live · https://www.adzuna.co.uk/jobs/details/5934612744?utm_medium=api&utm_source=3195f9d3 All listings: https://uk-sponsors.getborderless.co.uk/jobs?sponsorId=690271&employer=Evri%20Limited A vacancy listed here does not by itself mean the role is offered with sponsorship.
