As of 30 October 2026, Posturite Ltd (Polegate) is not on the UK Home Office register of licensed sponsors: it was removed on 30 December 2020, having held an A-rated Worker sponsor licence covering the Tier 2 General route (source: Borderless, from the GOV.UK register of licensed sponsors). It cannot sponsor new visa applications while off the register. GOV.UK does not publish why a sponsor leaves, so it was not necessarily revoked.
