Share capital filing recorded on 6 Dec 2024. No new majority owner was notified, so this is usually routine. If it did pass a controlling interest to someone new, the licence does not transfer automatically, and a new licence application may be needed within 20 working days. Companies House cannot show who holds the licence roles or whether a change was reported to the Home Office, so these are prompts to check against your own records, not findings. ## Sponsored jobs No listings matched yet.
